Review content:
ChaRosa Foundation is one the worst work places in New York City. They have a high turn-over rate for employees. 90% of their employees have been working at the organization less than a year. They have child predator who is not suppose to be near school aged students working in after school programs with students. They do not have good work practices. The executive director, Rosa Geneva, Charles Allen, and Delories Amaker treat and talk to their employees as if they are worthless. I don't believe Charles Allen is suppose to even be apart of the program, although he interviews all employees. They don't keep accurate records of students who attend their after-school program as they should. People can come off the street and pick up students without the staff properly verifying if they can. Its just horrible
