For being just a few subway stops away from the city, I am always amazed at the terrible service I receive in Queens. Absolutely amazed. This place is no different, in fact it seems like it takes it up a notch. The food is fine, I question it's cleanliness, but it is tasty. The salads are great. However this is all assuming that you can get served. You may or may not get someone to tell you to seat yourself. And if you don't, you will be left sitting at a table, wondering if you shouldn't have picked your own table and maybe you are now being punished for doing so. Then, when someone takes your order, it takes an very extended period of time to receive it. You think you are done, don't you? You would think that no matter how poor the service is up until now, once you are ready to pay, they wouldn't make you wait, right? Wrong. I have never waited so long to give my money to someone. Overall...the food is ok, salads are great, service is horrible horrible horrible.
