I researched online to find Kerastase products that were scarce to be sold in the States at that time & found to my delight that one of the extremely RARE salons to be allowed to sell it was near my backyard in Norfolk, Va., Angelo Mesisco Salon. (In the US, this requires very high scrutiny by the products' parent company.)\r
OK, to say that Precious Jessica is 'outstanding' would be an understatement both on a person level as well as a professional level! She studied with Jose Eber in Calif. & YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR & then some. \r
She is by far the best I have ever seen! I must say though that I have been quite happy with color I have received from their other colorists when Jessica left to have a baby.\r
This salon is set up like a Paris hair salon where I originally became acquainted with Kerastase products hence, the departmentalization.\r
You will feel very welcome upon arrival, during & when you leave feel like a precious object that has had the royal treatment handled with velvet gloves.\r
THIS IS NO ORDINARY SALON! 5 STAR MINIMUM!
