I had written a review previously, and have since gone back for my second visit. In my last review I gave them 3 stars because the salon is nice, the colorist did a good job, but the stylist gave me a super-short cut that looked nothing like the picture I brought in. \r

I thought it might have been my fault, because the picture was black and white and maybe she couldn't see it that well. I let my hair grow out for 3 months and, not wanting to take any chances, asked for a ""senior stylist"". This time I brought six pictures, and instructions from the website where I got the pictures. Not only did the stylist not follow the instructions, but the cut does look like the pictures!!! I'm so upset. Not once, but twice, and two different stylists - and BOTH times I left with a cut much shorter than what I requested. I even said ""Please don't cut my hair super short - I want the length.""\r

I don't know if the stylists here think they know what you want better than you do, or if they just don't pay attention, but that is the last time I will go. I can't believe I gave it another shot - only to end up with yet another super-short cut.\r

If super-short is your thing - then I recommend it. If you want your hair to touch your shoulders or longer - go somewhere else.
Pros: Great color; convenient location; tons of products; goodie bag of samples at check-out; reasonably priced
Cons: Not giving the cut a client asked for - HELLO?!?? Why would you do this??
