My husband and I dined at Cafe Juanita for our anniversary. The food was delicious, but the portions were ridiculously tiny. I certainly wasn't expecting large portions, but this was silly. Just a little bit more would have been fine. My husband's steak was overly salty and he said it wasn't good. My scallops were delicious. The waiter wasn't as attentive as I would have liked and a tad snooty. I don't like to pay for snooty. The ambiance was interesting, but kind of crowded and the lighting was almost too low. I thought the food was overpriced by about 25%. It was a nice dinner, but I don't think we'll be returning.
Pros: good food, romantic atmosphere, nice restrooms
Cons: small portions, overpriced, inattentive staff
