Review content:
Concerning the PEP education part of the hospital: I usually take my CPR class at the red cross, but I decided to try something new and take it with Dominican. First, the staff was not friendly and lacked knowledge about the classes held there. When I signed up for class, but ended up having to miss it due to a family emergency, I was well aware of a no refund policy, but they refused to give me credit towards another class. The receipt I received in the mail noted that I would be able to get a credit, but I was still refused. \r This education center is not the place to go unless you want to pay more money for poor service. Pros: It's great that the hospital offers personal enrichment courses Cons: The hospital needs better choice in staff, and clear policies
