I recently had Mr. Plumber come to my house to fix a leak...a leak that was not bad, but could use fixed. This was a major mistake. By the time JUSTIN the tech, who was stated in the previous review, ""fixed"" it it was broken. Instead of paying $100 to have it fixed, I now have to pay over $400 to have him replace the entire faucet. I had to turn my water off because he could not even shut off the faucet after he was going to ""fix"" it. If I would have known what Mr. Plumber was going to do, I would have never called a plumber in the first place and let the faucet drip ever couple seconds when it was on as opposed to shutting my water off due to breaking it. The first night he said he would be here between 5-6PM. He did not show up until 6:30 PM without a courtesy call. The second night he said between 5-6PM and did not show up until 8 PM without a courtesy call until 7:45 PM stating that he had a flat tire. This was after I called him around 6:30 PM inquiring about his estimated time. I would never ever ever EVERRRRR recommend this company to anyonneeeee. It almost seemed like a set-up or a scam to make extra money. Next time I will pay a friend.
