We had Mr. Plumber come to our home because of a leak in the basement that appeared to be coming from our first floor This was on Friday 12-20-2012. The tech. was to be here @ 9am he never showed up until 10am...he then diagnosed the problem and said the toilet needed new parts and also the bathroom sink needed a new faucet He gave an estimate that we signed which stated the price to repair would be 208.00 He then took off to get parts and was gone 11/2 hrs. came back and started to fix the issue and then said the toilet needed another part and he had to go get it .This time he was gone for 2 hrs. He came back installed another part and supposedly fixed the issue...he never inspected his work and told us because of the extra part and labor the price would now be 317.00 .We complained that this price was not what we agreed upon so he gave us a 100.00 credit on future work.. and he was gone. This process took 6 hrs....We then went to the basement within 5 minutes of him leaving, and it was leaking worse than b-4 and the faucet that he replaced was dripping and it never dripped b-4 he replaced it and when you sat on the toilet it was like you were in a rocking chair. We immediatly called him and he stated he would be back within 45 mins....He never SHOWED !!!! After numerous calls he finally called back @ 10:45 pm.. to say he had been at the hospital with another tech and was unable to call us back. He then stated he would be here on Saturday between 8-8:30 am...He never showed up until 10am....he then fixed the toilet rocking and the sink dripping but after inspection he said that something else in the wall was leaking and it was going to be another 223.00 but with our bill credit it was only going to be 123.00...We feel that the Tech. Justin that was here did not know what he was doing and was just doing trial and error. He was very apoligitic kept saying he was sorry but sorry does not get it with such poor workmanship he just kept fining ways to take our money. I don't feel that he did a good job and I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND MR. PLUMBER !!!
