I have been a tenant in San Luis Obispo for many many years. I have worked with a lot of different property management companies and I have to say that by far, San Luis Property Management is the best!!! They have always worked with me with a lot of difficult personal situations. They have treated me with respect unlike some of the other management companies in town. They gave me a nice place to live when I first came to town as a young student. When I locked myself out of my apartment on a Sunday, they came down to the office, on their day off and got an extra key for me. After my first year I rented from several different management companies. This past year I came back to San Luis Management Company because my experiences with them have always been so positive.
Pros: Very Helpful and Very Friendly
