what a joke. under handed business. use caution if you have to deal with this company. they have been tagged by lawyers already. the whole family is sneaky. a blemish on the face of other wise beautiful slo. every time i drive past i hope that place will close their unwanted doors for good. oh well, they will get theirs. they say karma is a ........... i hope san luis property management tries to rip off the wrong people and get what they deserve. i really hope this helps all you guys out there, i feel a lot better now. so i will just say yes it maybe cheaper but you get what you pay for, plus any thing else they can get out of you.
