By far the Best birthday party experience ever!
It was so simple, I just called, picked a date, they mailed the invitations the next day. They ordered AND picked up our cake, took care of ordering the pizza, and met us at the door with a cart the day of our party.
There is tons of communication, they confirm everything again when you walk in the door. They check in your guests, entertain the kids in the lobby until they are ready to go back and play. All I had to do was sit and watch :)
In the play area the kids had a blast! Our party helper was so sweet, she knew all of the kids names by the end of the night, played games with the kids, made sure even the adults had fun! I was surprised that the adults could play in the inflatables, too, as I have found this not to be the case at similar establishments.
The party room was just as hassle-free, I got to sit back and watch my child have a great time as our party helper served pizza, drinks and even cut the cake. At the end of the party we got to go home, no cleaning, they did it all. Thank you Pump it Up! We'll have our parties here again and again!
