Pump It Up

I just had my party here for my 4 yr. old. It was the best party yet. She had only her friends with her the whole time, completely private... she didn't get trampled like at monkey joes. I have 3 kids and they will all have their parties here from now on. I will try the glow for my 7 yr old in June - it sounds so exciting. \r \r My husband loves this place because he gets to play with the kids too!!!!! I didn't have to lift a finger - the staff did everything for me! I loved it so much!!!!!! more

For a fun filled time for everyone, no matter the age,this is the place to be. The staff is helpful, courteous, and make the whole time hassle free. They have the best communication from the beginning to the end. Makes the whole experience fantastic. more

By far the Best birthday party experience ever! It was so simple, I just called, picked a date, they mailed the invitations the next day. They ordered AND picked up our cake, took care of ordering the pizza, and met us at the door with a cart the day of our party. There is tons of communication, they confirm everything again when you walk in the door. They check in your guests, entertain the kids in the lobby until they are ready to go back and play. All I had to do was sit and watch :) In the play area the kids had a blast! Our party helper was so sweet, she knew all of the kids names by the end of the night, played games with the kids, made sure even the adults had fun! I was surprised that the adults could play in the inflatables, too, as I have found this not to be the case at similar establishments. The party room was just as hassle-free, I got to sit back and watch my child have a great time as our party helper served pizza, drinks and even cut the cake. At the end of the party we got to go home, no cleaning, they did it all. Thank you Pump it Up! We'll have our parties here again and again! more

I had my first party at Pump It Up and I was dissappointed in the lack of friendliness of the staff. The kids got really bored in the first play area. The staff person that I thought I had paid for to be with my party the whole time kept leaving the play area so when the kids had to go potty I had to try and find my way through the confusing hallways myself. They weren't much help in the cake room either, needless to say they asked for a tip and I said...""no thanks"" Not worth th $300 I spent!! Cons: Kids got bored, staff not very helpful more

They take care of everything. They have excellent staff. The kids have fun as well as the adults. This was the best party we have ever had! I would recommend Pump It Up to everyone. They advertise as Hassle Free and they mean it! Pros: Everything Cons: They get booked up - but now I see why! more
