There are numerous sushi restaurent in valencia, but i especially like sushi shoken because of there freshness. Their sushi are one of the freshest and the waiters/ sushimen are all in smiles and high spirit. I would recommend anyone to go here....\r
Try the Yellow Belly Albacore and Salmon!
Pros: Fresh sushi and good service
Cons: improvement on other foods beside sushi
