Review content:
This is a cute little store but I was not treated right from the moment I walked in the door. The clerk who was sitting and more interested in his little newspaper looked at me as though I did not belong in the store. He just was not friendly and welcoming. HELL0, last I heard marginal stores like these need to have EXCEPTIONAL customer service if they plan on staying in business during times like these. I looked around for a bit but did not purchase anything because I felt so awkward and upset at the same time. I figured I would get off the same beaten path of the other pet supply retailers but I winded up remaining loyal to the more popular chain because of poor customer service at this location. They can keep their overpriced stuff and lousy attitude!
