Review content:
My husband and I have studied our den furniture needs for about a year. Leather won the vote but now the quest began. First, let me say, ""All leather is not created equal!"" What a chore it was to find the combination of quality, quanity and craftmanship! I wanted to touch my pelts, study the colors in the sunlight and dusk of my very own den and review the details during construction. Then came the association with Andy Pritchett at theLuxury of Leather in Southlake. Andy has wonderful people skills but beyond that, he is a problem solver. As I began to explain the needs of our family and our entertaining, he explained all sorts of options that The Luxury of Leather provided to accommodate different lifestyles. I visited the store seven times to discuss our personal needs and seven times he created me as a friend and carefully explained design choices that would suit our needs. The grand finale was going to the warehouse and watching the construction of our pieces and the personal attention to details we had selected. I have my beautiful furniture now and our den is SO welcoming and user friendly! But beyond the recent experience, I feel I have a good friend in Andy Pritchett and The Luxury of Leather design team if and when I have future needs. Yes, not all leather is created equal, nor is client service. This experience has given us the best of both. Thank you.
