My wife and I made a return trip to Luxury of Leather a few months ago. Originally, we were ""just looking"" for some chairs about 8 years. We even spit and shook hands on our vow to look and not buy. \r
\r
Well, after a couple of hours during which we were educated on the difference between top and split grain leathers, the methods of curing and dying leather, and the construction of the framework, we left with placing an order for two great chairs and an ottoman. We still love them!\r
\r
Our second trip was not an accident, nor were we just ""looking."" We intentionally returned to investigate which couch we would purchase. I must say, this experience was as wonderful as the first. Sometimes memories make reality a bit better, more positive than they really were. Not so at Luxury of Leather.\r

Steve is a very patient man. My wife grills people (she would say she's just getting the facts) and Steve answered all of her questions. He did not rush us as we pondered the colors and styles of couches. He entered into discussions of pros and cons what we were considering in light of where the couch would be an how much teenage traffic it would suffer. He also made sure we were aware of several finance options. Steve walked us through the ordering process so that our couch was ready when we wanted it. There was no guessing or unpleasant surprises!\r
\r
Things just kept going smoothly. Our elivery date was set, confirmation of time was made, and the deliver folks showed up 15 minutes into the 3 hour window. The men were very careful and considerate of our couch and ottoman and set them up quickly and effeciently.\r

We highly recommend Luxury of Leather for its great quality of products and we strongly suggest that the Southlake store is the best among the line. Steve and Andy are the best.
