Review content:
Even after you get through the sketchy parking lot, with its drifters and vagrants, you need to brace yourself for this Home Depot experience. Other reviewers have deplored the fact that non-Spanish speakers may not be treated well - that has not been my experience, though. I just think nobody is treated well. And I also think the employees speak better English here than at a lot of other places in Miami, and one must take into consideration that this is on Calle Ocho. (For the record, I don't speak Spanish). I believe the store is poorly run, inadequately staffed, and as a result you are left to wander the aisles aimlessly looking for whatever wingnut you need, with very little guidance. I've also found that if you ask two employees the same question, you are likly to get two very different answers. On the plus side, they are fairly liberal in their return policy, though you have to wait a long time in their return dept.
Pros: The store has everything you need
Cons: But nobody will help you find it
