Review content:
I gained 35 pounds when I was pregnant with my last child and after despite my best efforts, couldn't work off the weight after I had the baby. My hairdresser recommended I try Tiffany Brown's Fit 4 Life personal training program. I'm still using her three years later.\r \r Pros: she's enthusiastic about her profession, stays up to date on the latest exercise techniques and offers useful tips for overall better fitness. She gently challenges you to your limits and is flexible with my ever changing schedule and uneven working hours. She believes in steroid free and surgery free weight loss solutions that are healthy and practical\r \r Cons: gym equipment at the facility is adequate, but not the top of the line, newest equipment. However, Tiffany uses lots of innovative exercises like boxing, so you won't notice the equipment at all. Also, once clients try her, they love her. Therefore, if you are interested in personal training, sign up quickly because she doesn't have many open slots left in her schedule. Pros: she's enthusiastic, up to date on the latest exercise techniques, offers useful tips for overall better fitness, flexible with my ever changing schedule Cons: Equipment adequate but not top of the line, maybe a few years old
