I've known Kevin Saunders for a long time, and even before he began his business, he was a cycling guru to me. I bought my first (and second!) road bike from him and he has always been meticulous, knowledgeable and concerned about my satisfaction with my bikes. He is truly a caring person who really wants to know that his clients are happy. He wants for us all to enjoy the cycling experience to the greatest extent possible. I have never seen a more careful craftsman. His custom bikes are works of art. Maybe he'll leave me one in his will. Trust me, if you go to KGS Bikes, Kevin will take good care of you, because he takes his customers' satisfaction personally. He'll take all the time you need to be sure you get what you want. And he won't forget you once you walk out the door. And he's a nice guy, to boot! I can't think of anyone better to help me with my cycling needs.
Pros: Great service, very knowledgeable, personable staff.
Cons: My taste exceeds my pocketbook.
