JOE IS A GREAT GUY. HE GAVE ME EXACT DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE, AND VERY GOOD PRICE FOR SAME. HE FOLLOWED UP PROFESSIONALLY TO MAKE SURE OF TIME FRAMES FOR OTHER WORK I WAS DOING, AND ALSO CALLED ME PRIOR TO EACH DAY TO CONFIRM HE WOULD BE COMING. HE ALSO ANSWERS HIS PHONE; AND IF NECESSARY, CALLS BACK PROMPTLY. HE REMOVED MY OLD CERAMIC TILE & WAS METICULOUS ABOUT IT, TAKING CARE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING AS HE WENT ALONG. HE THEN INSTALLED MY NEW TILE (AGAIN FASTIDIOUSLY) AND WHAT A BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL JOB HE DID!! \r
I AM SOOOO HAPPY WITH HIS WORK & HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND HIS CARING PERSONALITY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO OTHERS, AND NO ONE SHOULD HESITATE TO USE HIM.
Pros: EXCELLENT JOB, NEAT&CLEAN, ON TIME
