Outstanding Craftsmanship & Clean Work 10/26/2011

We had this business come into our home in Lehigh Acres for a new installation and removal or rug. They are maticulous when putting into lamanent flooring and tile. Their work was outstanding, working extremely clean as they went along. Moving furniture away from the work area and putting it back once the job was completed. They were friendly and well mannered, arriving on time and accomplished the task they set out each day they came into our home to complete the work. The pricing for the labor was reasonable and at a good rate. Should you want work done do hesitate to call on them. They are reputable and stand behind their work. They also have a great deal of pride in the company along with a set of ""standard's"" I haven't seen in many years. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I won't hesitate to call on them again for any other work to be done in my home. I would obsolutely reccomend them to a friend or family member. Thank you for the wonderful job - Joe and Mark! Our family greatly appreciated your efforts and meticulous work. more

PENTHOUSE - TOTAL FLOOR TILING 8/10/2011

Excellent workmanship. Far exceeded expectations. The owner takes great pride in his work and keeps you informed daily about his progress. He wants the client to be happy. I was very happy. All floors in my apartment have been tiled which required removal of old tiles and the levelling out of the floor before new tile installed. A large and time consuming job which turned out beautifully. more

MY NEW KITCHEN FLOOR 11/22/2009

JOE IS A GREAT GUY. HE GAVE ME EXACT DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WAS TO BE DONE, AND VERY GOOD PRICE FOR SAME. HE FOLLOWED UP PROFESSIONALLY TO MAKE SURE OF TIME FRAMES FOR OTHER WORK I WAS DOING, AND ALSO CALLED ME PRIOR TO EACH DAY TO CONFIRM HE WOULD BE COMING. HE ALSO ANSWERS HIS PHONE; AND IF NECESSARY, CALLS BACK PROMPTLY. HE REMOVED MY OLD CERAMIC TILE & WAS METICULOUS ABOUT IT, TAKING CARE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING AS HE WENT ALONG. HE THEN INSTALLED MY NEW TILE (AGAIN FASTIDIOUSLY) AND WHAT A BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL JOB HE DID!! \r I AM SOOOO HAPPY WITH HIS WORK & HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND HIS CARING PERSONALITY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO OTHERS, AND NO ONE SHOULD HESITATE TO USE HIM. Pros: EXCELLENT JOB, NEAT&CLEAN, ON TIME Cons: NO DRAWBACKS OR COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER!! more
