It is first of all funny to me that in the comments of bad reviews someone from the company mentions how great they are. Not only does Martin's Towing have horrible service as con artists they also clearly are run by narcissists who can not handle criticism. Maybe instead of defending your horrible services and HORRIBLE hours you should LISTEN to customers and change it. This towing company goes looking for cars to tow. My car ran out of gas and instead of parking it on the street which said no parking I (a single mother of two toddlers) pushed my car into a public business at 9:00pm at night when it was cold and snow on the ground. I then walked my children home. Only to find the next day Martin's towing came to the business without the request of the business owner asking if they could tow my car! I apologize, Martin's towing, for any inconvenience I caused you in my horrible ordeal! I cannot wait to see you all on Monday when you open and pay this ridiculous unjust bill. $30 for Saturday and Sunday just because you are not open? To single mother of two who is already having a hard time- I am sure you all sleep well at night! Sorry again that my car was not parked anywhere that was an inconvenience for you yet, you went out of your way to inconvenience me. HORRIBLE SCAM ARTISTS! And, to the person from the company who will comment on this review....do not add slander to your list.
