Martin's Towing

The people at this company are consistently rude and dishonest. I don't normally bother to write bad reviews online, but I was so taken aback to witness not one but THREE interactions between them and car owners in the span of a single month in which the tow-truck driver or office representative was arrogant and unprofessional when dealing with the vehicle owners. They are also over-priced and, from all the information I've been able to gather, benefit from shady contracts with the airport authority and other entities in the area. more

MY CAR WAS IMPOUNDED BY WAYNE COUNTY POLICE IN DEARBORN HEIGHTS. WAS WONDERING WHY THEY TOOK IT TO BROWNSTOWN. GO FIGURE, ITS OWNED BY A DEPUTY SHERIFF. CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND A MONEY TRAIN IS ALL THATS HAPPENING HERE. WONDER HOW THIS KICK BACK WORKS OUT WITH THE COUNTY. more

So many complaints about Martin Towing...,They gotta be a straight up company it's owned by a Wayne County Sheriff Deputy everyone in Wayne County know's how honest the airport contracts are no bid SCREW THE PEOPLE is the only rule here more

It is first of all funny to me that in the comments of bad reviews someone from the company mentions how great they are. Not only does Martin's Towing have horrible service as con artists they also clearly are run by narcissists who can not handle criticism. Maybe instead of defending your horrible services and HORRIBLE hours you should LISTEN to customers and change it. This towing company goes looking for cars to tow. My car ran out of gas and instead of parking it on the street which said no parking I (a single mother of two toddlers) pushed my car into a public business at 9:00pm at night when it was cold and snow on the ground. I then walked my children home. Only to find the next day Martin's towing came to the business without the request of the business owner asking if they could tow my car! I apologize, Martin's towing, for any inconvenience I caused you in my horrible ordeal! I cannot wait to see you all on Monday when you open and pay this ridiculous unjust bill. $30 for Saturday and Sunday just because you are not open? To single mother of two who is already having a hard time- I am sure you all sleep well at night! Sorry again that my car was not parked anywhere that was an inconvenience for you yet, you went out of your way to inconvenience me. HORRIBLE SCAM ARTISTS! And, to the person from the company who will comment on this review....do not add slander to your list. more

By far, the best experience I've had with car people. No hidden agenda's, no little white lies, and courteous professionals that go out of their way to make you satisfied. Thank you, will be doing business here from now on... more

they are huge scam artists the car i bought was the biggest piece of junk! it was put together just so i can drive it home and once i got home the tansmission pan fell off and the rear tire was about to come off and the oil leaked and so much more! believe me DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMING LOW LIFE PEOPLE! more

We had to deal with Martin's Towing for a car accident we were involved in. This company did not take our car were they were asked to do. Tried to charge us double the cost for the tow along with an over night charge. They are out to take advantage of people and rip them off. There unprofessional manner and rudeness is unbelievable. If you have to have your car towed stay far away from them. more

I was very pleased with their courteous and fast service. The price was very fair and they were quick to get my car. I would highly recommmend them. more

The organization that i'm referring to call themselves martins towing and they will charge for the weekend your car first got there and you couldn't even go and get your vehicle because the impound is closed on weekends. Cons: closed on weekends more
