I do not even know where to start. Galaxie is a terrible company. We used them for a new roof and gutters. First they gave us 4 false start dates. They never called to say to were not coming... we always had to call them to find out any information. It took over a month before they actually started the job. Then they had to take down my satellite dish. Fine. But they put it back up incorrectly and I did not get a signal until I payed a technician to came and remount it. Then the satellite tech told us that who ever put up that satellite dish did terrible job. Not only was it unstable but there were holes around it which would leak if there was a big storm. And they just layerd the shingles over the bottom of the bracket like that would hold the satellite in place. Did Galaxie seem to care? Not one bit. Now our job that was supposed to take about 2 days to complete is going on over 2 weeks and they are still not finished. Has anyone called to tell us when they will be finishing? No! Then they said they would send us gift cards for the trouble. Yeah right! We have not seen those yet either. But when they needed to prove that we signed a something we got that in the mail the next day. I absolutely dislike everything about this company and HIGHLY recommend people to go elsewhere with their business. The would not even get 1/2 a star from me!! (But I had to put one star to publish this!)
