Review content:
Boston salons in the Newbury Street area had always been my hair mecca, but I ditched the in town experience for suburban ease after I had children. It was impossible to fit appointments into my schedule with stylists whose wait times and availability were worse than most physicians!\r
\r
After several years of disenchantment with the (many strange) directions my hair was going in, I began to look back toward the city. I had heard great things about Jerel, so booked an appointment with Carolyn, who has been my stylist ever since. As anyone who knows me can attest, my hair looks better than it ever has!\r
\r
The entire experience is a pleasure. At the front desk, Zina is professional and friendly. Jerel, the owner, is engaging and always makes me smile. All of the assistants are wonderful; the shampoo and head massage will just about put you to sleep. The salon space is soothing and mellow.\r
\r
Carolyn is a vibrant, interesting person who leaves you happy with more than your hair. She is prompt, pleasant, and amazingly adept at suiting cuts and colors to your face and lifestyle. I always look forward to my appointments and after seven years, I can't imagine going anywhere else! \r
\r
For a great experience with a minimum of stress and a maximum of ease, visit Jerel at 119!\r
\r
Pros: Prompt, professional, fabulous cuts and colors, convenient to commuter rail and red line, shopping and restaurants nearby...
