Review content:
We dined on a Saturday evening, during a Wild game. I was disappointed to see many Wild fans in the restaurant, in jerseys and tennis shoes. C'mon show some class people! The service was good, our waitress very friendly. She seemed busy and could have used an extra hand with expediting relish trays and orders, but she handled it well. The food MN bland. For starters we had the calamari, which was served in a coned dish with parchment paper, nice touch but maybe I am short but I had to keep tipping the cone dealy to stab the food, which caused oil to drip all over. The relish tray is a nice touch, the olive spread is very good, use it on the bread. The salad, another mess ...they serve the ""wedge"" which means you spend most of your time cutting lettuce to form your own salad. \r
I had the steak which was good, the garlic ""smashed"" potatoes on the other hand could have used some actual garlic. My husband ordered the cajun porkchops When one thinks of cajun seasoning one anticipates the food to be spicy. I think they used seasoning salt, red pepper flakes and called it a day. \r
I may return again, maybe will try the Mpls version I hear the menu is better.
Pros: close to theaters, arena, validated parking
Cons: bland food
