I brought my pet in on a Friday and over the weekend took a turn for the worse. I called the ""animal hospital"" over the weekend and left a message. I wasn't called back until Monday morning. Are you an animal hospital or a vet with 'animal hospital' in your name? Maybe a 24 hour animal hospital costs more but I'd pay anything for my pet to be well and a return call on Monday morning next time may be too late. \r

And if your pet is bleeding, maybe that pet should be sent to the front of the line instead of having to wait after any other pet that is there just for their annual checkup... \r

Like I said before and many would agree, I'd pay anything to ensure my pet's good health but ignorance is why I'll never go back here. On top of all that, my pet was NOT properly diagnosed... \r

Thanks for the inexpensive pet care. Inexpensive or not, it was a waste of money and time and grief.
