Worst Doctor's visit experience ever, I brought my Lovebird in for her first vet visit.I was very excited this excitement soon turned into a nightmare. Some assistant took the bird in the back without me!! Then 3 minutes later brought the bird in her cage back to me and says she is great and looks good. No examination, nothing I never even met the Doctor!!!!!! (Outraged) I did not have a chance to speak with him about my bird and her health. Then they charged me for a wing clipping she did not recieve. But by this point I was so outraged I just wanted to get out of there. I would not bring any animal to a Doctors office with this kind of attention to detail or service level. Dr. Louviere thanks for nothing, Sorry I never got the chance to meet you, all I wanted was 5 minutes of your time which I was willing to pay for and a few seconds to chat about my lovebirds health. \r
If i could rate this visit lower than awful I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
Take my advice stay away from this place!!!!!!\r
