My wife wanted an estimate and I was not aware, they called to reschedule an appointment and I told them that I am sorry, but we are not looking for anything at the moment and Mark told me ""well apparently your wife did"" and hung up the phone.
I called back confused by what just happened and I said hey Mark we want to keep someone in mind in case we do need some work. In mid sentence I was cut off and told I did not want to have business done by me again, from Mark. He said don't call back again and hung up.
