I boarded my big guy last month and was told we would be able to watch him through web cams, which was one of the main reasons we chose this facility. They advertise web cams on their ads and on a great press release I saw. But they don't really have them. The owner told me they would be fixed soon and send me a video, which I appreciated, however this was not what i was looking for. When I picked him up he seemed nervous and it took him a few days to get back to normal. I called back and found out they still have NO webcams and I find this misleading. The prices are very expensive for what you get. Although I found the people to be nice, I felt lied to and mislead.
No matter what they tell you, there are no webcams. Being sent a video is NOT a webcam.
I guess I should add, in my video there were a bunch of weeds in the background, which didn't make me fee like the place was kept well.
