I'm a big Sushi fan, and expect when a restaurant is touting a 'special' it's not the top of the line product, but, one they want to move-not so at The Sushi Bar - their $1 Sushi Special features a wide variety -and it's among the freshest sushi I've had since moving to the DFW area. This place is definitely worth the trip-the staff is very very friendly, and the owner and the chef tend to remember me when I come in. You don't get that too much anymore. This is a great place for a business lunch-quick service and very affordable.
