Dariusz is prompt, friendly, efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. And if there's something he doesn't know, he'll find out. And if there's something you don't understand, he'll explain it in such a way that you can understand it, even if you're not technologically savvy. He is responsive to financial concerns and is as adept at finding workable stopgap measures as he is at high end overhauls. He's been working with us for a couple of years, at least, and has serviced all our needs in our first two locations, from trouble shooting new acquisitions to replacing dinosaurs; he set up a new location for us, from scratch; and he handles the home computing needs for several staff members and their families as well. We are all as comfortable having him in our homes as our offices. I do not hesitate to recommend him.
