Recently my company computer was severely disabled by a virus. We could not afford to have any downtime. I called around to friends in my field and G2L Technology was highly recommended. I called G2L and I was told a company Tech would be at my address at 9:15 am. Well, I must say this was the most painless and happy experience. There was no messing around and he did what needed to be done. He walked me through what he was doing and the computer was completely refreshed, it now works considerably faster. Dariusz is prompt, friendly, efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. And if there's something he doesn't know, he'll find out. And if there's something you don't understand, he'll explain it in such a way that you can understand it, even if you're not technologically savvy. He is responsive to financial concerns and is as adept at finding workable stopgap measures as he is at high end overhauls. He's been working with us for a couple of years, at least, and has serviced all our needs in our first two locations, from trouble shooting new acquisitions to replacing dinosaurs; he set up a new location for us, from scratch; and he handles the home computing needs for several staff members and their families as well.
