My HOA switched to DirecTV, who in turn hired this bunch of clowns to make things as difficult as possible for me. On the day of installation, I was given a window of 'all day', so I had to take a day off work and stay in. The tech came at the end of the day and hurried through the work, complaining the whole time that he was being kept late.\r
\r
He had to remove and refit 2 cable outlets. The first, he replaced not with the original screws, but with 2 unmatched new screws, which looked very odd. The second, he left loose, hanging by 1 screw. When I pointed these problems out to him, he said he had to go, but he would create a work order for it. Months later, I got a call from them saying they would come and fix the problems.\r
\r
The second tech replaced the screws on the first outlet and fixed the second one more firmly to the wall. When he had left, I saw that the second outlet was now fitted at an angle -- not just slightly askew, but wildly out of true. Of course, it looks ridiculous.\r
\r
I called their 1-800 number (good luck trying to navigate that menu) which referred me to another number (even more luck trying to navigate that), and finally managed to speak to somebody. He said he would call the tech and ask him to return. Needless to say, that is the last I heard of it.\r
\r
Avoid them if you can.\r
