NEVER again. They let my son drive his new vehicle off the lot. One month later, they call him back telling him his loan did not get approved and he had to bring the new car back. They had even given him the title and loan docs, but they had white out and cross outs all over them. When we aked for our trade in vehicle back, lo and behold - they had already sold it - couldn't get it back no way no how. I wanted to see the bill of sale for our trade in, all I saw was a computer screen. Just wondering how many others they have suckered like this. We had a WHOLE heard of them in the office with us when we asked for our trade in back. Every time we came back, there was ALWAYS someone following us around trying to listen to our conversations.\r
NEVER EVER again.
