I guess these folks must have moved. They are now located on 6567 E. Carondelet Dr. My doctor recommended this group. I have since told my doctor he would be wise not recommend these people to anybody I know. Just like the previous three reviews I was put off for weeks. I called to schedule an appointment. I told the receptionist my name, my doctor, and that I had an MRI done at Eastside Imaging. I was told that someone would call my back within 24 to 48 hours. I was never told that my problem would be evaluated during that time. Fourty eight hours later, no call. I was actually gulable enough to think that ""no way would it actually take 48 hours"", they would call back before that! When I called them back. They had the audasity to tell me that it hadn't been 48 hours! I told them that it had been over 48 hours. But that all I wanted to do was schedule an appointment. This was on 12/2/11, the earliest appointment that they could schedule was 12/15/11. I said no thanks I can't wait that long. After talking to my doctors' assistant, she convinced me to try and call them back and see if they could get me in any earlier. So I swallowed my pride and tried again to schedule another appointment. But just got more frustrated. This time I called in the morning. Again I was told that the doctors' nurse would call me back. She call at 4:26PM that afternoon, of course I missed the call. I tried to call her back right after I missed the call. The voice mail she left said she would call me back the next day. I waited the whole next day and never recieved any phone call from anyone in that office. I was about this time that I decided there was no way I was going to deal with these uncaring, arrogant, CAREgivers. I highly recommend that you think twice about letting these people treat anything. I personally wouldn't let them change my tire!!
