I recently made an appointment for the spa pedicure. My appointment time was for 3:00 p.m. I was finally called back at 3:15 where the technician seemed very side tracked. She spent hardly any time buffing/exfoliating my feet, when she applied the paraffin wax it was so hot a blister formed on the top of my foot and all she said was ""Oh, I guess I'd better turn down the wax"". I requested a french pedi, which she asssured me was no problem. I think my 20 month old daughter could have down a better job painting the tips. At 4:00 p.m. she told me to let my nails dry and I was done. The spa pedicure costs $40 and is supposed to last an hour. I will definitely NOT return to this salon. The whole situation was horrible and a huge waste of money.
