Hi, we live in the 77095 area of Houston and called Steam Express to come do service at our home. My mother and I were very dissatisfied with their service. I was pregnant at the time, and my mom didn't know English. The service man missed 3 air vents and he barely worked an hour (only 45 minutes), and charged us $216.00. He said we should be able to tell the difference, but honestly, we cannot and I just wanted to post this review so other customers can just be on the look-out if you guys do call Steam Express.
