Within 5 minutes the technician, Nick, had the bill from $77 for air duct cleaning to $535. His helpers were already starting to work while he was trying to upsell me on all the extra stuff I needed to clean the air ducts - wich would have meant them having to do it again. When I asked where the Camera was that they use to inspect the ducts he said it was in the truck and he didn't need it - so I asked how they knew if the ducts were clean and he said that the tool they used guaranteed it would be. After they left I went into my attic and shook one of my flex duct lines and when I went down to the room it was feeding there was black stuff all over. I also asked how they knew if the tool head reached the plenum and he said it was by feel.....which sounds shady to me. His hose wasnt long enough to reach the plenum and when I asked him about it he did not have an educated answer. I would not use this company. Oh yeah....this was service done on a Monday because they had to cancel on Friday.
