They're great. It was a big job, and Family Air were the only ones that would tackle it. They gave me a price and seemed to know more about what they were doing than the other companies I talked to. They were great.
I had some other people come out, and it seemed like they just didn't want to do the job. I think they wanted a job that they could handle quickly to make money fast. Family Air figured everything out and lived up to their word.
Jerry was nice to deal with and honest. He doesn't lead you on and try to tell you one thing at the onset and then say it can't be done later.
