I've been looking for a sushi place that doesn't involve waiting for 2 hours before I am seated. I am impatient and want to satisfy my sushi craving immediately. Hidden in a strip mall off of SE 82nd, this delicious sushi gem awaits to satisfy you. The state rolls are a modern twist on traditional sushi and I've only had 1 or two rolls that I didn't prefer. The fish is fresh and service is quick, making it the perfect combination.
Pros: seated promptly, fresh ingredients, amazing quality
