I'm not usually too picky about my hair, but after a series of disastrous cuts at various in-and-out shops, I decided to try out Mint. I called at around noon on a Wednesday and was sitting at Emily's chair within 45 minutes. Everyone was very courteous and friendly upon entering the salon--not always common in Midtown. But it wasn't until I was seated with Emily that I realized what a unique place Mint truly is. She gave me the best haircut of my life (no exaggeration) all while carrying on a very friendly conversation about all sorts of things. I HIGHLY recommend Mint--and especially Emily--to anyone looking for a great haircut and friendly staff.
