I have gone to Queenbee nails twice now, and both times have been EXTREMELY unsatisfied. I walk out with an expensive tag and very unhappy. This last time, they lady (barley spoke english) walked away from me in the middle of doing my nails for 20 minutes, to do who knows what. She argued with me about my nails, saying they would break (i had just a little acrylic put on top of my natural short nails so harden them.. not sure what there was to break, there was no tips) I advised her they were too thick, she wouldn't do anything about it. I was very unhappy, they knew I was as well, and didn't do anything to try to keep what could have been a good customer. I walked in the Chervon across the way after I left, When I explained they lady who rang me up that I was frustrated due to my visit to Queen Bee, she said she went one time and walked out crying and would never go again. I know in Riverbank, we hardly have anyone, but why waste your money to be unhappy. Would not recommend it.
Pros: Close by my house.
Cons: Rude service, no one speaks english, they do what they want, they don't care if your happy.
