Queenbee Nails & Spa In Rvrbnk

Normally you go to the spa for a relaxing treat for yourself. I didnt know what I was going to experience this time around at Queen Bees.If I knew, I wouldn't have went. First off, I asked for a full set of Gel pink and Whites. After 35 min, I realized the woman working on me was not doing what I told her to. I just saw her cleaning up my nails, removing dead skin, applying clear polish, then I realized hey, she is giving me a white tip on my natural nail when I wanted the gels. So after all of that wasted time,they had me go to another nail tech. I had to start all over from the way begining,sit in the chair for another hour, or hour and a half. The whole proccess was painful. The male nail tech was not gentle,very rough,rushed so to the point he made me bleed 7 times and buffed soo low, I got burned. Afterwards he applied acetone to my nails to remove the gel, burning my cuticles. Lesson learned, I will never go back again. more

When I had my house buildt in 2005 in CrossRoads, Queen Bee Nails was most welcome. I have been a customer since they opened and have found Vicki and her staff to be very professional, friendly and I have never once left disappointed with my nails or pedicure. Tammy is the only one I will let work on my feet, as she is very patient and I like her work. As for my nails, anyone can do them, I appreciate the convenience of being 3 blocks from the shop, and I am a regular very satisfied loyal customer. more

This is the only place i will get my eyebrows waxed! I have been to many places in modesto that rush to get you out and on to the next person. They dont care if they rip your skin off they just do it as fast as they possibly can. Tiffany at queen bee usually always does my eyebrows i recomend her to everyone who is looking for a new place to get there waxing done. She is very neat, gentle, and as pain free as waxing can get. I have gone to Queenbee nails twice now, and both times have been EXTREMELY unsatisfied. I walk out with an expensive tag and very unhappy. This last time, they lady (barley spoke english) walked away from me in the middle of doing my nails for 20 minutes, to do who knows what. She argued with me about my nails, saying they would break (i had just a little acrylic put on top of my natural short nails so harden them.. not sure what there was to break, there was no tips) I advised her they were too thick, she wouldn't do anything about it. I was very unhappy, they knew I was as well, and didn't do anything to try to keep what could have been a good customer. I walked in the Chervon across the way after I left, When I explained they lady who rang me up that I was frustrated due to my visit to Queen Bee, she said she went one time and walked out crying and would never go again. I know in Riverbank, we hardly have anyone, but why waste your money to be unhappy. Would not recommend it. Pros: Close by my house. Cons: Rude service, no one speaks english, they do what they want, they don't care if your happy. more
