The wait area is set up like a little cafe, to make everyone really comfortable. When my car was ready, the sales rep came upstairs and sat down next to me and explained what was up. He said my brakes were worn and I needed new ones, etc. I wouldn't get them replaced at the dealer since I have a good friend in Indiana who's been a mechanic for 15 years. (And, hello, cheaper tax!) Anyway, I actually said that to the sales rep and he didn't pressure me at all. He actually said, ""Ok, just take this paper to him so he can see what you need done."" I thought that was nice. \r
