I have lived at West Wind for nearly five years and have enjoyed my stay. The grounds are beautiful, my neighbors are great, and I feel safe. Management is ok, but tolerable. Maintenance is great! He's friendly, respectful, responds quickly and appropriately to any problems. The complex is dog friendly and lots of grass area to take your little pale out. The rent is the best I have found in the area. The complex were initially build to be condos, thus the wall are thicker than your typical apartment walls. I hardly hear those I share a wall with, or the people downstairs. I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about in regards to race. There are many ethnic backgrounds living in the complex, which makes it nice. Everyone is respectful and nice.
