Review content:
Several negative experiences in a row - Quality of food has declined considerably. Several times, we were served food that wasn't warm enough. Managerial and serving staff were very unfriendly except for one short-statured South Indian gentleman who was quite nice. Several times, we were denied help with dividing up our food. We asked for aloo chat, and were given the filling for masaalaa dosa (essentially aloo sabzi). The Thursday night buffet seemed more like a collection of left-overs and stale food rather than a freshly cooked meal. We were still eating (around 9:50 p.m.!), and the lights in one area of the restaurant were switched off indicating that we had to leave. The overall attitude of the staff seemed to reflect that they were doing us a favor by serving us. I love South Indian food, but will probably just learn how to cook it instead of going back.
Pros: Parking
Cons: Service
