Review content:
This restaurant was a let down. Let me preface my review by saying the food was good. Being from the southern region of India myself, I was very disappointed with the service that was offered. Upon entrance there was no greeting or direction as to where to go. My group was eventually escorted to a table and seated without menus and still no greeting. After waiting for several minutes, I ventured to the front in hopes of getting menus and pricing for the buffet. Needless to say, this was indicative of the rest of the experience. Servers came and picked up plates still being worked on without a word, requests for napkins were never fulfilled and even though two people in our group ordered from the menu no one came to check on the satisfaction of their selections. The food could not makeup for what the service and ambience lacked.
Pros: food, parking, not crowded
Cons: unfriendly, ambience, poor service
