Review content:
The work done on our house provided by Jeff's Heating & Cooling was extremely unsatisfactory. Jeff's level of customer service and lack of personal accountability after the check clears is unacceptable. While Jeff speaks highly of his years of experience, he has forgotten the one thing that drives American Business, Customer Service. Jeff did the bare minimum when repairing the discharge pipe of our homes furnace. In an effort to get the job done quickly the pipe was discharged directly into our air conditioner unit thus relaying the heat directly back onto our house and ruining the paint and siding. In effort to contact Jeff to discuss a reasonable solution, Jeff denied all accountability and hung up the phone on me. I strongly recommend reconsidering Jeff's Heating & Cooling.
