We had a great experience with Jeff (@ Jeff's Heating & Cooling). Our old furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Jeff came out right away to evaluate. He was clear about what the issue was. He gave us estimates and the option for either a ""repair"" or ""replacement unit"". (We chose to replace.) Time to get the new unit was 2 days, which is what he said it would be. Installation was 1+ day. Jeff also informed us of a rebate opportunity (just had to prove that we were Ameren customers) - which he deducted from our bill. \r
Communication was clear. Appreciated that he gave us options and allowed us to decide what was best (for our budget). Work was done to the schedule that was quoted. There were no surprises. Jeff even took the time to install a small electrical run and outlet box (water softener unit now has a more appropriate outlet location!) I might even go so far as to say he left the place cleaner than he found it. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly, courteous and professional. Best of all - new unit works great and it's wonderful having heat on the first floor again. (Fireplace got its workout for the winter....we'll give it the rest of the year off for good behavior)
